A plan for the evolution of the historic brewery site in Haimhausen, a rural district of Dachau, north of Munich. What gives Haimhausen its strong identity is a chain of archetypal places: the church, the village stream, the castle, the meadows, the brewery. Our design for the redevelopment of the Alte Schloßbrauerei creates the basis for the preservation of one of the special places that make the town recognisable and are focal points for the public life of the community.
