Urban courtyard housing, Munich,

The project was developed in response to a competition launched by a local developer, inviting proposals for redeveloping a 8800m2 site in the historic Haidhausen area of Munich. The proposal involves replacing an existing city block on Franziskanerstrasse with a new courtyard building that will house 10 townhouses, 40 flats and 3 duplexes.
