Our mansion block on Fitzjohn's Avenue in Hampstead has won in the Major Project awards category of the Camden Design Awards. The awards seek to celebrate and reward excellent design in all sectors across the borough of Camden, and had received a particularly large number of applicants after the disruption by Covid-19.
The design references the mansion blocks that characterise Hampstead and translates this building type into a contemporary form. Its 29 apartments are designed to exceed Lifetime Homes’ requirements and meet the design criteria for fully accessible housing.
