Jonathan Sergison's exhibition in Zurich: Dialogues on Densification opens at ZAZ Bellerive

The exhibition in collaboration with Tom Avermaete (gta, ETH Zürich) and Irina Davidovici (gta Archive, ETH Zürich) presents the findings of the research project on strategies for the qualitative densification of the city.

It looks on the one hand to the city’s historical development, illustrating how the city has evolved thanks to the robust urban codes that have structured its growth. On the other hand, it asks to what extent these codes require a new approach and seeks design solutions to show how densification could be managed in a qualitive manner.
