The School of Architecture at the Anáhuac University of Mexico has awarded Jonathan Sergison the Antonio Attolini Lack Medal for professional excellence that embodies the ideals they pursues in the education of architecture students.
Established in 2006 as part of the institution's 25th anniversary celebrations, the award honours Attolini, a professor at the school, whose work is considered one of the most significant contributions to the contemporary regional architecture of Mexico and whose thinking has inspired generations.
The Award ceremony will take place in Florence on 16 June and on the occasion Jonathan will give a lecture, 'Teaching/Practice'.
