Student accommodation and workspace, Oxford,
Oxfordshire, UK, 2017

Founded in 2008 with the merging of Green and Templeton Colleges, Green Templeton is Oxford University's youngest college with 600 international students studying medicine, management and applied social sciences. In 2017 a competition was launched for new graduate accommodation and study spaces. The brief invited ideas for new buildings located next to the Radcliffe Observatory, on the site of its former kitchen gardens, currently occupied by the College's tennis courts. This proposal includes single-occupancy en-suite rooms, an open-plan office for college staff, and communal study space for students within a sequence of garden spaces.
