The house in Monte Castel San Pietro is featured in Reuse/Reduce/Recycle International exhibition at the Accademia di Architettura

Jonathan Sergison's house in Ticino is one of the projects featured in 'Reduce/Reuse/Recycle International', an architectonic reuse projects and transformation strategies, sharing an affirmative attitude towards the existing. The project is an illustration of a successful approach to the renovation of an existing building in a dense historical urban fabric.

Curated by Muck Petzet, Professor for Sustainable Design at the Accademia di architettura, the show is a follow-up research and exhibition project to the German contribution to the 13th Venice Biennale in 2012. The exhibition presents a series of 13 works featuring large format images made specifically for the Mendrisio exhibition by photographer Erica Overmeer and a video section devoted to about 40 additional projects with materials collected and studied by students of the Accademia di architettura.
